Meet The Math Professor

The Math Professor was created with one goal: to make Mathematics easier to understand and help students and CSEC candidates develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed.

Meet Lincoln Thompson

Lincoln Thompson is a Mathematics educator with a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics Education from The University of the West Indies and more than six years of classroom teaching experience in Jamaica and the United States.

His teaching experience spans multiple grade levels and includes Algebra, Geometry, and other areas of secondary Mathematics. His approach focuses on breaking challenging concepts into clear, manageable steps while developing strong problem-solving skills.

Award-Winning Mathematics Educator

In 2020, Lincoln was the Region 5 winner of the Mathematics Teacher of the Year competition and placed 6th nationally across Jamaica, recognizing his commitment to excellence in Mathematics education.

The Mission

Through The Math Professor, Lincoln aims to provide structured, engaging, and accessible CSEC Mathematics support that helps learners strengthen their understanding, prepare effectively for examinations, and approach Mathematics with greater confidence.
